** Course Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy **


 At LifeSavers, we understand that circumstances arise which are unavoidable and will require you to cancel or reschedule your intended course appointment. 

We have provided this convenient form (below) to assist you. 

Individual Sign-Up/Open Enrollment:
LifeSavers requires a minimum of 48 hour notice prior to the Course training Date to receive credit for all of our open-enrollment individual sign-up classes. 
All proper cancellations can be applied to future courses within a 30-day period of that same course type. 

LIfeSavers will not be held financially responsible if you accidentally register and purchase the wrong course; we cannot provide a refund and you will incur that cost. Always verify with your credentialing agency or employer proactively which certification type and course you need for compliance of your employment.

Groups/On-Site Training:
For groups and on-site training, we request a final roster one week prior to the training date; that final total for the class and what you will be charged for. Just as if you were to attend an event at one of your favorite Minnesota sports teams, concerts, 5K, events, etc. and couldn't make it; similarly, we cannot refund you for not attending.

All transactions are non-refundable.
