Stay aligned with LifeSavers Training Center & follow the alignment schedule.

  • All aligned instructors are required by AHA to be aligned with a Training Center, such as LifeSavers.
  • Similar to a membership, alignment to a Training Center includes dues to be paid. At LifeSavers, we schedule alignment dues to be paid no later than the first Monday in January of even-numbered years and cover a two-year period.
  • This ensures you remain eligible to teach American Heart Association (AHA) courses.
  • Failure to complete the required steps below will result in an email notification that your alignment has been terminated, and you will lose access to AHA certification cards.
  • Dues: $140 every two years ($5.84 per month x 2 years). To pay for alignment dues, please go to our LifeSavers Alignment under our Instructors Page.
  • This fee supports administrative costs, equipment, website maintenance, and instructor support services.
  • If payment is not received by the first Monday in January of even-numbered years by 11:59 PM, your alignment will be terminated immediately.
  • A reminder will be emailed before year-end.

Use LifeSavers as your resource and support system.

  • The AHA requires all instructors to be aligned with a training center for ongoing guidance.
  • Please email LifeSavers with any questions questions@hellolifesaver.com. We strive to respond promptlyβ€”typically within 48 hours.
